Prospective students should carefully consider whether a QBS certification meets their specific educational or professional goals before enrolling. If you need an accredited credential for employment, licensing, or academic purposes, The Quantum Business School may not be the right fit for your current needs.
What QBS certifications do represent is documentation of completed coursework, capstone project completion, and the business-building journey undertaken during the program. They reflect real learning and real work. They are simply not academic degrees from an accredited institution, and we will not represent them as such.

Results, income figures, and business success stories described or referenced on this website, in our marketing materials, in our courses, or by our faculty are individual examples. They are not guarantees, projections, or promises of what you will achieve.

Content in the Grief to Freedom department is educational in nature. It is not a substitute for licensed mental health care, grief counseling, therapy, or crisis intervention.
The Grief to Freedom department addresses deeply personal subject matter including loss, grief, trauma, and recovery. The content in this department is designed to support entrepreneurs in turning their lived experiences into meaningful work. It is not clinical treatment, therapy, or mental health care.
Faculty members in this department share their personal experiences and frameworks. They are not acting as your therapist, counselor, or mental health professional.
If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis, grief that is significantly impacting your daily functioning, or thoughts of self-harm, please reach out to a licensed mental health professional or crisis resource in your area before or instead of enrolling in this program.
The Quantum Business School is not equipped to provide crisis support. We are an educational institution. We care deeply about the wellbeing of our students and want to be honest about what this program is and is not designed to provide.

The Quantum Business School is committed to transparency about our refund policy. The following terms apply to all enrollments.
Students who have not accessed more than 20 percent of their enrolled department's course content may request a full refund within 30 days of their enrollment date. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the contact information listed below.
After 30 days from the enrollment date, or after more than 20 percent of course content has been accessed, no refunds will be issued. We encourage prospective students to review all available information about our programs before enrolling.
Students who enroll at founding member pricing are subject to the same refund terms described above. Founding member pricing is non-transferable.
To request a refund, contact The Quantum Business School in writing within the 30-day window at the address or email listed in the Contact section below. Include your full name, enrollment date, and department enrolled. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
Note: This refund policy was established in compliance with FTC guidelines regarding refund disclosures for online educational programs. The Quantum Business School recommends that all prospective students review this policy carefully before enrolling.
