Our Philosophy
The Quantum Business School was not built for people who already have every advantage. It was built for entrepreneurs who are building something real, who have the drive and the commitment to do the work, and who sometimes face financial realities that do not align with their timing.
We believe that the right education at the right time can fundamentally change the trajectory of a business and a life. We also believe that money -- or the current lack of it -- should not be the only thing standing between an entrepreneur and that education.
"This is not charity. It is a conviction that the people who need this most are sometimes the ones least positioned to pay full price for it right now."
Tuition assistance and scholarships at QBS are not handouts. They are investments in people who have demonstrated the commitment and the clarity to use them. Every application is reviewed by a real person and every decision is made with care.
Commitment over circumstance
We look at what you are building and how serious you are about building it -- not just your current financial situation.
Real review, real decisions
Every application is reviewed individually by a member of the QBS team. There is no automated process. A real person reads what you write.
No shame in asking
Asking for assistance is not a weakness. Every successful entrepreneur has needed support at some point. This is one form of that support.
Transparency always
We will tell you honestly what is available and whether your application is a fit. We will not string you along or leave you without an answer.
Who Should Apply
Tuition assistance and scholarships at QBS are not for everyone. They are for a specific type of person in a specific kind of situation. If the description below sounds like you, we want to hear from you.
If it does not -- if you are able to enroll at full tuition -- we ask that you do so. Every scholarship and assistance arrangement we extend is made possible by the students who can pay and choose to. That is how this works.
You are actively building something. Not thinking about starting someday. Actually building, right now, with real effort behind it.
You know which department is right for you. You have looked at the curriculum and you can articulate clearly why a specific department is the next right step for your business.
Cost is a genuine barrier. Not inconvenient -- a genuine barrier. You have considered your options and full tuition is not currently accessible to you.
You will do the work. Assistance and scholarships are investments in your success. We are looking for people who will take that seriously and actually complete the program.
You can tell your story. We cannot evaluate your application without context. We need to understand who you are, what you are building, and why this matters to you right now.
How to Apply
The application is straightforward. We are not asking for financial statements or proof of income. We are asking you to tell us your story, what you are building, and why you are asking. That is enough for us to make a decision.
Every application is read by a real person. You will receive a response regardless of the outcome. We do not leave applicants without an answer.
Choose what you are applying for
Decide whether you are applying for tuition assistance, a scholarship, or both. You can apply for both at the same time and they will be reviewed together.
Tell us your story
In your own words -- who you are, what you are building, which department you want to enroll in, and why cost is a barrier right now. Be honest. That is all we ask.
Submit your application
Use the button on this page to submit. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. You will receive a response within five business days of submitting.
Receive your decision
A member of the QBS team will contact you directly with the outcome of your application and next steps. Every applicant receives a response. No one is left without an answer.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does receiving assistance affect my enrollment status or access?
No. Students who receive tuition assistance or scholarships have identical enrollment status, course access, and certification eligibility as students who pay full tuition. There is no difference in what you receive.
Can I apply for both tuition assistance and a scholarship at the same time?
Yes. You can apply for both in the same application and they will be reviewed together. In some cases both may apply; in others one may be more appropriate than the other. We will advise you on that when we respond.
How many scholarships are awarded?
We do not have a fixed number of scholarships per cohort or per term. Awards are made on a rolling basis based on the strength of applications received and availability. Applying does not guarantee an award.
How long does the review process take?
You will receive a response within five business days of submitting your application. During peak enrollment periods it may take slightly longer but we will always acknowledge receipt of your application promptly.
Is my application kept confidential?
Yes. Your application and the details of any assistance arrangement are handled confidentially. Only the QBS team members directly involved in the review process have access to your information.
If I receive a scholarship for one department, can I apply again for another?
Yes. Scholarship recipients may reapply for future departments. Each application is reviewed on its own merits. A prior award does not guarantee a future one, but it does not disqualify you from applying.
What if my application is not approved?
You will receive an honest response explaining the outcome. In some cases we may suggest alternative options such as the community membership tier as an entry point into the QBS ecosystem while you prepare for full enrollment.
Do I need to provide financial documentation?
No. We do not require financial statements, tax documents, or proof of income. We ask only that you be honest in your written application. That is sufficient for us to make a decision.
"The right education at the right time can change everything. We built this program to make sure timing and money are not the only things that decide who gets access to it."
